Return Policy For Online Orders 

Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail or at one of our store locations. Returns made within 30 days of the order date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Made to order items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Sale merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the order date. Returns made after 15 days of the order date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Your return must be accompanied by your packing list or receipt. 

Returns Within 30 Days of Delivery: The original method of payment will be refunded in full. Returns After 30 Days of Delivery or a Gift Return: A merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid.

Returns Without a Receipt: Merchandise returned without an original sales receipt will be exchanged for in-store merchandise of the current retail price of the item(s) being returned; no online orders or send sales.
