Return or exchange any unused merchandise by mail or at one of our store locations. Returns made within 14 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days of the order date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Made to order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Sale merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of the order delivery date. Returns made after 5 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Your return must be accompanied by your packing list or receipt.
Returns Within 14 days of delivery: The original method of payment will be refunded in full. Returns After 14 days of delivery or a Gift Return: A merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid.
We do not refund shipping cost when you make online orders. We only refund the cost of your items being returned.
Returns without a receipt: Merchandise returned without an original sales receipt will be exchanged for in-store merchandise of the current retail price of the item(s) being returned; no online orders or send sales.

Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
We will email you when your return is processed.
Please note: We do not accept COD returns. Vintage to Vogue is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
To avoid lost packages in transit we recommend you us the UPS shipping company. We have had issues with the USPS and have had multiple lost packages or delay in items being delivered in a timely matter. Therefore we recommend that you do NOT use USPS, we do not refund or exchange any items that are lost or not properly delivered/stolen. If you have to use USPS we recommend you buy insurance for how much the item cost, so you can possibly be reimbursed if any issues occur.
