For ALL online and in store returns and exchanges you must have the receipt, tags attached, and garments unworn.

Each V2V location Return Policy may vary for full-price merchandise:

V2V Ann Arbor, MI - Kerrytown: Full-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.

V2V Petoskey MI: Full-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of purchase.

V2V Charleston, SC: Full-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of purchase.

For ALL Locations the following items are FINAL SALE:

Formal wear

Holiday items

Return Policy For Online Orders:

Returns or exchanges of any full priced merchandise may be accepted by mail or at one of our store locations. Returns made within 14 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days of the delivery date will be refunded via store credit within 30 days of delivery date. After 30 days no returns or store credit will be honored.

Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.

All body products are FINAL SALE.

Please note that we do NOT refund shipping costs when returns are made.
