Returns + Exchanges
All formal wear and Holiday items are returnable for store credit only. These brands include Amanda Upichard, Generation Love, Devotion, Brodie Cashmere, Alashan Cashmere, and any items listed as holiday.
Return Policy For Online Orders:
Return or exchange any unused merchandise by mail or at one of our store locations. Returns made within 14 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days of the order date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Made to order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Sale merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of the order delivery date. Returns made after 5 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.
Fresh brand products or any type of body products are final sale and may not returned or exchanged!
Please note that we do NOT refund shipping cost when returns are made.

Your return must be accompanied by your packing list or receipt.
Returns Within 14 days of delivery: The original method of payment will be refunded in full. Returns After 14 days of delivery or a Gift Return: A merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid.
Returns without a receipt: Merchandise returned without an original sales receipt will be exchanged for in-store merchandise of the current retail price of the item(s) being returned; no online orders or send sales.

Please note: We do not accept COD returns. Vintage to Vogue is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
